    With 13+ years of experience, Danny Wantz combines bold creativity and cultural insight to produce award-winning campaigns for brands like Maserati, Ulta Beauty, and BMW, among many others.

    As VaynerMedia’s first "creator," a title personally bestowed by Gary Vaynerchuk, Danny co-led Gary’s "Clouds and Dirt" shoe launch while pioneering social-first strategies that have driven billions of views for clients throughout his career.

    From rebranding Kelley Blue Book, a century-old institution, to creating the Verizon Emoji Shopper, an entirely new way for people to shop, Danny has consistently stayed ahead of the curve. He was an early innovator in voice content before it became mainstream, and many of his original content series continue to thrive today. 

    With a knack for blending strategic insight with creative innovation, Danny has redefined how brands connect with audiences across platforms and mediums during his tenure as Chief Creative Officer at PB&I, Danny transformed the agency.

    His ability to seamlessly transition between roles as a director, writer, DP, and creative leader ensures that every project is cohesive, innovative, and memorable.

    Mary Matining is a Graphic Designer II with a passion for creating bold, eye-catching visuals that tell a story. With over five years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and branding, she’s worked with fashion, lifestyle, and e-commerce brands.

    She loves bringing ideas to life through social media content, digital campaigns, and branding—whether it’s a sleek logo, a dynamic motion graphic, or a social post that stops the scroll. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Mary thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys collaborating with marketing and content teams to make sure every design feels fresh, on-brand, and engaging.

    Drawing on her background at Condé Nast and Daniella Shevel, Lara fuses luxury retail expertise with a deep understanding of visual storytelling. She’s a graduate of NYU’s Integrated Design and Media program and based in the Lower East Side.
